The annual Jereh Sports Meeting is a large-scale corporate event designed to strengthen teamwork and cohesion through a variety of athletic activities. Outstanding employees and their families are honored with seats on the main stage, while Jereh executives lead by example, marching with teams on the field.

Each year, Jereh presents the “Golden Key Award” and the “Graduate Golden Key Award” to recognize high-performing employees who embody its culture, awarding them cars. To date, a total of 601 vehicles have been granted.

Jereh organizes anniversary events for fresh graduates at their 1st and 3rd year milestones, celebrating shared journeys, reconnecting colleagues, and looking ahead to the future.

December 10 marks Jereh’s Company Anniversary. Personalized gold medals are awarded to employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service to honor their dedication.

Held at year-end, the Jereh Annual Conference reinforces company culture, reviews achievements, recognizes excellence, and outlines future strategies.

Family members are invited to visit Jereh, experience the workplace, and gain insight into the company culture while expressing appreciation for their support.

On March 8,Jereh hosts events, workshops, and programs for female employees, supporting their growth and showing care and respect.

From May to October, Jereh organizes yacht experiences for outstanding employees and their families.

The employee cafeteria hosts themed food festivals featuring diverse cuisines, promoting the philosophy of 'Work Happily, Live Wholeheartedly.'

Jereh organizes engaging Children’s Day activities for employees’ children, along with thoughtfully prepared gifts.
